LITTLE NINJAS MARTIAL ARTS (4.5 to 7 yrs)
Our programs are famous for their balanced approach to teaching the martial arts to even the youngest student. Using success-based teaching techniques, our commitment to parent and student is to bring out each individual’s best. Classes steer away from “winning and losing” and focus more on calisthenics, fitness, self defense and fun. Kids learn to defend themselves, speak up and stay focused in a positive and healthy environment.
Little Ninjas can participate in age and developmentally appropriate Jiu Jitsu and Karate classes. New students train with other new students, learning the FUNdamentals. NINJA KIDS MARTIAL ARTS (8 to 13 yrs)
The goal of our Jiu Jitsu, Karate and Mixed Martial Arts programs is simple: help students to build confidence that will last a lifetime. Self defense techniques teach kids how to stand up for themselves and others in any situation. Sparring, or controlled fighting, teaches them how to fight, taking the fear out of hostile physical situations. This allows students to stay “cool” under pressure, knowing if they have to fight, they can, but choosing not to when the situation permits. Education gives them the power to choose; simply put, kids who know how to fight, don’t.
Classes are fitness oriented, which includes lessons on nutrition and lifestyle as well as challenging workouts. Physical conditioning is coupled with character building activities; teamwork drills, student involvement during instruction, discussions on when it’s ok to use their martial arts training to defend themselves and “life-training” i.e. the qualities that make a good person on and off the mats: honesty, integrity, gratitude, self discipline and more. Our role-model instructors provide entertaining and engaging classes that ensure that everyone is having fun.
KIDS COMPETITION CLASS
Once Jiu Jitsu students reach a minimum of their Grey belt or their Karate and Mixed Martial Arts Brown belt, and are tested on a basic skill set, kids can be invited to join our growing competition team. Training is focused on deepening their knowledge base through precise drilling and challenging sparring sessions. Students can participate in tournaments locally and throughout the country.
ADULTS FITNESS MARTIAL ARTS
A new and innovative type of fitness program designed for a total body workout. Classes focus on martial arts influenced aerobic exercise, strength conditioning, and high intensity interval training. Instruction is intended for clients looking to improve general health and fitness, lose weight, build lean body mass, increase cardiorespiratory endurance, improve athletic performance, and learn basic self-defense. It is a unique approach to fitness as it applies martial arts techniques with science based traditional and unconventional exercise.

ADULTS JIU JITSU ESSENTIALS
Our adults essentials class teaches the building block techniques of Jiu Jitsu in a non-confrontational or competitive environment. Self defense and basic grappling positions are introduced to the beginning student, creating a foundation that will support future studies. This class is a fantastic way to be introduced to the world’s most effective martial art.
This Jiu Jitsu class is for everybody. Advanced students like to attend to help the new students in their education as well as hone their own techniques. On top of techniques and fun, the class is a great workout. Don’t fret, you will sweat!
ADULTS JIU JITSU
Students who know the basics are ready for the next challenge. This class teaches more techniques to build a grappling game plan. It includes sparring, or “rolling”, with instructors and classmates of all ranks and sizes. The heart of Jiu Jitsu is in the trials experienced through the rolling sessions and is what makes it such an effective martial art.
This is also the class that reinforces community and team spirit. Students grow through hard work and perseverance towards individual goals, but the team spirit is understood because nobody in Jiu Jitsu gets any better without others.
