GUEST AND PARENT ETIQUETTE TO MAINTAIN A POSITIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR STUDENTS, PLEASE OBSERVE AND FOLLOW THESE RULES: Conduct phone conversations outside. Keep conversations with others at a whisper level. It's very hard for the instructors to speak above a loud crowd and it can be very distracting for the students. Use headphones for electronic devices and media players. Keep a watchful eye on younger siblings and don't permit them to stray onto the training area or mats. If siblings are having a hard time, are fussy or loud, please consider taking them outside for a bit until they are no longer a distraction to others. Help us keep the restroom clean and accompany young children and your Little Ninja to the restroom, and remind them to have their shoes or flip flops on when doing so. Do not offer tips and pointers to your child. This is the job of the instructors. Do not discipline your child from the seating area. This is the job of the instructors. If your child is being reprimanded by an instructor, do not interfere or feel offended or embarrassed. The instructors are very professional with applying disciplinary actions and are looking to draw out the best in every student. Please let us know if your child is to be picked up by someone else and who that person is. If your child should get hurt in a MINOR or a MAJOR way, please allow the instructors to handle the situation. Your help may OR may not be required. All instructors are First Aid trained and certified. PARKING LOT Our neighbors at Kathleen's pay a premium for the parking area immediately outside our main entrance. Please park along the North side of the lot where the large billboard is. If there is no more room along the North side, overflow parking is permitted, but please park as far away from the entrance to Kathleen's as possible. If you have young children, you may park momentarily to let them into the studio, but please move your vehicle as soon as you can. Safety is always our concern; please let us know if there is any dangerous objects, unusual activity or conspicuous individuals in the parking lot so we can address them and notify authorities if necessary. HELP US MAINTAIN A WONDERFUL RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR NEIGHBORS! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!!
